Shadow, Gift and Siddhi: The Three Frequencies

Every Gene Key is read across three frequencies. They are not three different keys; they are one current met in three different states.

The Shadow is the low setting: the fear or reactivity that runs the pattern on autopilot. The Gift is the same energy met with awareness, the strength that was hiding inside the Shadow the whole time. The Siddhi is the highest, rarest expression, the direction the Gift points when the fear underneath finally goes quiet.

The practical move is small. Take one key, watch for its Shadow in ordinary moments, and name it. Over time the Gift becomes available in the same situations where the Shadow used to run. Start with your Life's Work key, or read the glossary.
